XFACTOR VALIDATED · The Morpheus System

The validation is a conversation.
VALIDATED makes sure your people can hold it.

The official notice just landed, and the first honest feeling is panic. It does not have to be.

Early access — this list hears it first

The notice

Are we ready?

Every department is buried in its own work.

Someone is already asking if an extension is possible.

Every revalidation turns into a panic.

Prepared, not scared.

Every department asked the exact questions, out loud, with their procedures and forms on the table. Every weak answer found and fixed in rehearsal, where it costs nothing. The first validation already happens in your own building.

Mock validation interviews, run the way the real ones are run: department by department, every answer scored, every weak spot named before it costs you.

This is for you if:

  • You’re facing a validation or revalidation: C-TPAT with CBP, PIP with CBSA, or AEO with your customs authority — the on-site visit where your own people answer, out loud, for the procedures on file.
  • Your written procedures have to survive a walk-through, answered out loud by the people who do the work.
  • You run VALIDATED inside your COMMANDCENTER, or standalone on a 6-month or 1-year term. It works both ways.

If your people will be in that room, VALIDATED was built for you.

How a validation actually goes

The officers do not validate your binder.
They talk to your people.

They measure the distance between what the paper says and what the floor does. The walk-through below is the C-TPAT validation with CBP, from thirty years in the room. PIP and AEO follow the same shape — your mock is built from your own program’s criteria. This is how it actually goes:

30 days out, sometimes 60

The notice arrives

The visit date is set, and the clock starts.

Before they arrive

They read your Security Profile first

The officers pull their areas of concern straight from it. What you wrote is what they will ask about.

In the room

“Walk me through that whole process.”

The validation is a conversation. Your company demonstrates, with its procedures and its forms.

The clock

A full day, or up to four hours

A full day for new applicants. Up to four hours for the well-prepared.

Up to 60 days after

CBP issues the report

CBP has up to sixty days to deliver the validation report.

30 days to answer

Your response

From the report, you have thirty days to respond.

From On the Hook · Issue 01

Flight. Fright. Freeze.

The VP of Operations did not lie. She froze. That freeze, three seconds of silence in a conference room at 9:14 in the morning, told the examiner everything they needed to know. The validation was suspended. The corrective action plan that followed took nine months, two outside consultants, and $340,000 to close.

The examiner was not looking for fraud. He was looking for the gap between what was claimed and what was real. He found it in ninety-three minutes.

The freeze is not a character failing. It is the moment when the distance between the program you built and the operation you are running becomes visible all at once.

On the other side of the same table: a compliance owner who had watched her people answer these questions sixteen times in the six weeks prior. That is what preparation looks like. That is the difference between flight, fright, and freeze, and a first-attempt pass.

What VALIDATED does

The mock validation,
run the way the real one is run.

01

Gap-driven mock

The system scores your Security Profile against your proof documents, then weaves every gap it finds into the mock validation questions.

02

Department interviews

Each department rehearses its own questions, on its own clock.

HR 2h · Operations 2h · IT 2h · Procurement 3h · Shipping & Receiving 2.5h · Executive 2h

03

Evidence on the table

Every interview question binds the relevant procedure, form, or proof. Your people answer with the document in front of them.

04

Readiness verdicts

Ready, Conditional, or At-Risk, per department and overall, with delta tracking across re-runs. Gaps auto-create CAPs and feed a print-ready debrief report.

Real surfaces, not a slide

The rehearsal room is already on screen.
