Every supplier goes through the same rigorous process, built on CBP methodology, guided by Morpheus. Nothing is left to interpretation. Nothing gets missed. The supplier is walked through each step, prompted for the right evidence, and scored against the standard.
The assessment is designed so a supplier can complete it accurately without needing to understand compliance. Morpheus understands it for them.
And it's not a questionnaire. Inside it, Morpheus runs live, scenario-based exercises— 30 scenarios for high-risk suppliers, 15 for the rest, drawn from a 120-scenario library. Every scenario asks three things: how they would respond, what they were trained on, and what their procedure actually says. It measures what a supplier truly understands— not what they can look up or copy off a form.
