Victor is the first person you talk to at XFACTOR VERIFIED. He is an AI assistant, and he works for Mandy. He knows the platform, the programs it covers and where everything is on this site. When you need a person, he gets you to her.
He does not pitch. He asks what you are trying to get done, listens, tells you back what he heard, and then answers. Most people arrive with one of three things: a customer questionnaire, a validation date, or a board that has started asking about suppliers. Victor starts there.
What Victor can help with
What XFACTOR VERIFIED is, in plain words
It is a supply-chain security and compliance platform. The company being assessed runs one 5-step risk assessment on its suppliers, vendors and carriers, and ends up with evidence it can hand to a validator, an auditor or its board.
Which program applies to you
CTPAT, PIP (Partners in Protection), AEO, Bill S-211, ESG and GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative). Victor can tell you what each one is and send you to the page that goes deeper.
Which page answers your question

Time with Mandy
If you are a serious buyer or have a deadline, Victor takes your name, work email and company and arranges a 20-minute conversation with Mandy. He never says a time is booked until one is.
What Victor will not do
He will not quote a price, because Mandy prices to what you need to achieve. He will not say the company is certified, because XFACTOR does not issue certifications. He will not name clients, who are under NDA. If he does not have the fact, he says so and offers to have Mandy confirm it.

Does Victor quote prices?
No. Mandy prices to what you need to achieve: your validation or reporting date, the programs you are accountable for, and how fast the gaps have to close. Victor will ask what is driving your timing and offer 20 minutes with her.
Does Victor certify my company or replace my customs broker?
No. XFACTOR does not issue certifications and does not replace a customs broker. The platform assesses and documents your suppliers against the programs.
